During the week, I hit my lowest weight in about four years: 167.5lbs. I was pretty over the moon, I got to that weight in less than four weeks. I made the mistake of overindulging a few times this week and ended up being 168.9lbs on my Sunday check-in.
The thing I realized is how those indulgences made me feel. I went with my brother and boyfriend to Dairy Queen and I got a small dipped cone and I felt how sluggish I was and how much my stomach hurt by the end.
Despite my indulgences, I lost 2lbs and 3.3 inches this week.
Total lost so far: 6.1lbs and 7.7 inches
