This week, I struggled by the end of the week with my taste buds. I felt like I had been eating the same type of stuff all week and I was getting a bit tired of it.
Unfortunately, this led to me eating poorly on Friday and Saturday. Friday night I ate chicken wings for my dinner and Saturday I had pizza slices.
The thing that I can take away from the set back though is I know the difference of how my body feels. I felt more tired and sluggish.
In the end, I didn’t lose much this week: 0.3lbs and 0.5 inches lost.
Total so far: 3.5lbs down, 2.85 inches down
